Where Do Donations Go?
Financial support directly enables justice tech companies to scale positive impact.
To support the full scope of our mission, we are registered as both the Justice Technology Association, a 501(c)(6) nonprofit trade organization, and as Justice Technology Foundation, a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization.
As a 501(c)(6) nonprofit trade organization, Justice Technology Association can offer powerful benefits and promote our shared mission through direct advocacy, lobbying, and policy consultation. We also work in the collective interest of our members to remove roadblocks and increase positive social impact.
Justice Technology Foundation, our affiliated 501(c)(3), is a nonprofit organization that builds public awareness and education programs to address the challenges faced by the public, and the need for technology to be part of the solution for the access to justice gap. Through JTF, organizations and individuals can make tax-deductible donations to offer financial support for our philanthropic work in legal inclusion.
